Security Questions

At Mars Bank we are always concerned about the security of your information. For this reason, there is a new security layer in our online banking tools including our mobile app. When you login from a different IP address (which could be a different computer or laptop or a new mobile device), you will be asked security questions to verify your identity.

In order to insure that your security questions are up to date, please login to online banking via the portal on this browser window. If you are asked to set up or update security questions, please do so. Once you have completed this process, you will be ready to securely use the online banking suite of products on any device. You will only be asked these security questions when logging in from a different device or computer.

If you have questions, please contact your local branch.
