Protecting your Mastercard® debit or ATM card from fraud requires 24/7/365 days a year monitoring.  Our fraud detection programs monitor your card transactions for any suspicious activity.  If potentially fraudulent transactions are taking place, we’ll contact you immediately so that future fraudulent transactions can be avoided. I need to activate my Debit / ATM card.
Cards can be activated by calling 1.800.992.3808. Please note, for your protection you must call to activate the card from a phone number we have on file. Debit and ATM cards can also be activated at an ATM terminal with your PIN.
I lost my Debit / ATM card – how can I have it deactivated?
Debit Cards can easily be managed by utilizing the Card Valet application. The app can be downloaded from the Apple app store or Google Play store using a smart phone or tablet Cards can be reported lost or stolen 24 hours a day by calling 1.800.472.3272. A replacement card can be requested by calling us at 724.625.1555 x226.
I am traveling overseas. Will my debit card work?
If you’re planning a trip outside the United States, please contact the bank before your departure date regarding your Mars Bank Debit Card. If you plan to use your debit card while you travel, we will notate the card for the geographic areas you plan to visit. Doing so will help avoid any unexpected issues with your international purchases. For more information or to have your card notated for international travel, contact your retail branch.
