Mortgage, Home Equity and Personal Assistance
- Loan assistance with no credit bureau impact:
- Interest-only programs available
- Payment deferral programs available
- Temporary suspension of new foreclosures and new repossessions for customers impacted by COVID-19

- Emergency unsecured personal loans up to $7,500 for assistance to cover necessities and living expenses during this crisis (subject to credit approval and other guidelines)

Consumer Banking Assistance
- Fees – Stop payment, account overdraft, account research, and account low balance fees may be waived or refunded upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
- Certificates of Deposits – early withdrawal penalties may be waived or refunded upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
- Debit Cards – Rush card replacements with no fee upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
- Credit Cards – Customers with Mars Bank credit cards issued by TCM may call 800-883-0131 for information regarding TCM’s temporary relief options for their credit card account

Late fees: as of September 1, 2021, Mars Bank will end the waiving of late fees. Please contact your branch manager with questions or if you are facing financial hardship.
