Bank First Responder Donation Contest a Success

This contest is part of our Step Forward campaign to honor veterans. Post a tribute to a first responder now, click here.
As part of Mars Bank’s Step Forward campaign which honors first responders and veterans, a donation contest was held on Facebook. The public could vote for one of 21 first responder units which are located in the same areas that the bank serves.
Over 400 votes were tallied in the contest. The top vote-getter was West Deer Volunteer Fire Department #3. That unit will receive a $500 donation from Mars Bank. In second place, North Hampton Volunteer Fire Department will receive a $250 donation. Additionally, one of the units was drawn from all the units that received at least a single vote: Middlesex Township Volunteer Fire Department will receive a $250 donation.
